Our teachers bring 20+ years of combined experience, are CPR certified and Montessori trained, and are dedicated to creating a nurturing environment where every child feels valued. The school offers a true Montessori program covering all five developmental areas — Practical Life, Sensorial, Language, Mathematics, and Cultural studies — aimed at fostering independence, curiosity, and a lifelong love of learning.

Beginning Summer 2026, we are excited to introduce our new Infant Program, serving children ages 6 weeks to 18 months in the White House. Leading this program will be Mrs. Cherry Moss, who has spent the past year as the lead teacher in the Blue House. She brings not only classroom experience but also the wisdom and care of being a grandmother. Joining her will be Miss Jasmine Morman, Tania Nogueira, Alisa Lamb, Shae Gibson, and a part-time floater.

In the Blue House, Ms. Alisa Lamb will step into the lead teacher role in Summer 2026 after serving as co-lead. She is joined by Miss Erika Sullivan—lovingly known as Miss Sully—who has been with our Montessori family for five years and brings a true passion for working with children. Miss Sanaia Nelson, who has been with us for two years, will also be part of this wonderful team.

Our Red House will be led by Miss Abby Craft, who has been part of our Montessori program for four years. While she has spent much of her time with our 2’s and 3’s, she will now be leading our Pre-K program. Joining her is our Practical Life teacher, Mrs. Catravia El Assali, who brings creativity and enthusiasm into the classroom, along with Mrs. Karen Marroquin, who has been with us for over three years and is an invaluable part of this team.

Our floaters are an incredible group of dedicated individuals who bring flexibility, experience, and nurturing care to all classrooms. Many are students at ASU and support our program while continuing their education.

The school provides nutritious, chef-prepared meals for children 18 months through Pre-K, made by school chef Sylvia Ousley. Enrichment includes Kindermusik for students and weekly Spanish instruction for Pre-K.
Our school is lead by an exceptional leadership team. Rhonda Turner, our Director, brings over 30 years of experience and dedication to Montessori education—every one of those years spent right here at our school. She is AMS Montessori certified and holds a degree in Early Childhood and Elementary Education. Rhonda taught kindergarten at Montessori for 15 years before stepping into her role as director, where she continues to lead with knowledge, consistency, and heart.
Co-owners Fara and Jeremy Moore also lead the school, Fara works full-time with 23 years of classroom experience and degrees in Elementary Education, Special Education, and a Master's in Reading. Both bring deep passion and dedication to the school community.
More than their credentials, both Rhonda and Fara bring an incredible amount of love, passion, and joy to our Montessori community.
